The spacious Junior Suite provided a perfect retreat after a busy day. The gym had great equipment, allowing for a satisfying workout experience.

The pool area did not have enough loungers for the number of guests.

On a recent visit, the spacious Deluxe Room with a lovely riverside view made for a comfortable stay. The world-famous seasoned fries served during lunch were absolutely delightful. The staff's attentiveness was especially memorable. one even walked with me to ensure I found my way to the bridge. However, while the overall experience was enjoyable, the entrance could use better signage, the parking situation was a bit chaotic, and I noticed some cleaning details were overlooked in the room.

The staff were very nice and made me feel like an old friend right from the start. Had this super friendly lady named Thoa who went out of her way to help me with my luggage when I dropped it off before my stay.

It wasn't exactly cheap but worth it in the end.

The Suite Panoramic Riverview Balcony Bathtub provided an awe-inspiring view of the Dragon Bridge on the Han River, making me feel like I was floating above the water. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a fusion of Vietnamese and Western dishes. The hotel's proximity to both the night market and the Dragon Bridge was a significant advantage. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist.

I truly enjoyed my stay with comfortable accommodations and a warm welcome that included a delightful fruit and cake platter, making my visit feel special. plus, being just a short 500 meters away from Riverside Park made for lovely evening walks along the water and easy access to the Han River Bridge, which is stunning at night.

I had a fantastic stay with spectacular river views and an impressive breakfast selection! The cleanliness of my room was remarkable, and I loved the lovely bathroom amenities. I'd definitely return!
